Services and quotes
All quotes are fixed for the scope described in writing. Changes to scope are re-quoted before any additional work begins.
Ownership of work
On final payment, all copyright, royalties and rights in the delivered work transfer entirely to the client. Our name does not appear on your book unless you request it.
Confidentiality
Manuscripts, ideas and personal details shared with us are treated as confidential and covered by NDA with every team member.
Revisions and refunds
Revisions are included as described in your package. Refund requests made within seven days of a first deliverable are honoured under our satisfaction guarantee.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including sales performance, ranking or third-party retailer decisions.
